Storyteller shares his experience of coming to the UK and how he learned the language, the culture and met new people through volunteering.

Storyteller initially felt lonely in the big city but after his move to a smaller city he felt at home and not a stranger as he was able to live in a house and go to university where there are other foreign students. He also feels free to go out with friends and come back when he pleases. He also received support from a charity organisation.
